Every family shares the same basic build: aluminium alloy with an air assist nozzle, a joint plate and a belt fastener, and a locking ring with a plastic buffer ring to protect the lens. What changes is the size of the optics and, with it, the machine they suit.
Colour tells you nothing here. Brown, red, blue and black finishes run across several families, so a red part in a photo may be a K40 mount or a 25mm holder. Trust the numbers in the option name, never the colour.

Two ZQDWMND families belong on a K40. The brown K40 head set takes D12, D15 or D18 lenses with a 50.8mm focal length. The K Series mini set steps up to D12, D18 or D20 lenses on a 20mm mirror base, and it comes as separate parts as well as a whole set.
The brown set is the conservative pick. It keeps the stock K40 focal length and lets you stay on a 12mm lens or step to 15mm or 18mm. At 50g it adds little weight to the gantry, which matters on a machine with light steppers and a thin belt.
The K Series mini set suits a deeper rebuild. You can order the head alone, a first mirror base, a second mirror base, or the whole set without a lens. That flexibility helps when only one mount is cracked or seized.
The mini whole set ships without a lens, so budget for one. A 20mm FL50.8 lens keeps the K40's standard focus distance while giving you the easiest size to replace.
The 15mm lens option in the brown set is less common than 12mm or 18mm. If you choose it, buy a spare at the same time, because finding a replacement 15mm lens later can take longer than the other sizes.
The three larger families are good hardware for the right machine, and they turn up beside the K40 parts because the names overlap. The integrative mount set comes as four parts: A1 first mirror holder, A2 second mirror holder, A3 cutting head with the third mirror holder, and A4 connecting plate with belt fastener. All three mirror holders take 25mm mirrors, and the head takes a 20mm lens.
The integrative CVD head pairs a 25mm silicon mirror with a CVD ZnSe lens in D18 FL38.1 or D20 at 50.8, 63.5 or 101.6mm. The high-power head goes further, with a 30mm mirror and a 25mm lens at 63.5 or 101.6mm. These optics suit machines with bigger tubes and deeper work areas.
On a K40, these sets create problems rather than solve them. The mirror holders are sized for 25mm optics, the head sits at a different height, and a 63.5mm or 101.6mm lens moves the focal point far below the stock bed. You would be rebuilding the machine around the head.
